Cookie policy — vira.space
This policy covers the public marketing site vira.space, operated by Space Tech Gateway Sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001100297, Kraków, Poland). The product app at app.vira.space has its own privacy documentation.
What we store, and when
| Item | Type | When | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|---|
vira-consent-v2 |
localStorage | on your consent choice | remembers whether you accepted or declined analytics | until you clear it or withdraw |
PostHog analytics (ph_*) |
cookies / localStorage | only after you click "Accept analytics" | anonymous usage analytics — which pages help founders | per PostHog defaults |
Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) |
cookies | only after you click "Accept analytics" | aggregate traffic analytics (which pages, which channels) | up to 14 months |
That's the whole list. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no analytics before consent. Analytics is PostHog (hosted in the EU, eu.posthog.com, no session recordings, no autocapture) and Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, processed under Google's EU data-processing terms). The same Google Analytics property is shared with app.vira.space so a visit that continues from the marketing site into the product isn't double-counted as two sessions.
If you choose "Essential only", nothing is stored except the consent choice itself — so we don't ask you again on every page.
Google Consent Mode
The site emits Google Consent Mode v2 signals, denied by default. Google Analytics only loads, and only moves to "granted", after you click "Accept analytics".
Withdrawing consent
Click the button below to erase your stored choice (and with it, the analytics permission). The page reloads and the consent banner appears again.
You can also clear the site's data in your browser settings at any time.
