Work with a grant specialist
The software runs your pipeline. For the one or two bids a year where the ticket justifies it, put a human on it — a one-off engagement, not a retainer.
Two ways in
Expert consultation — from €500. A specialist reads your project and your target call, tells you where you actually stand on eligibility, and helps prepare the full application. Priced by scope: which programme, how many calls, and how much of the proposal you want covered. One-off — no retainer, no success fee.
Students and young founders — €500 flat. The same price, but for the whole route rather than a single review: eligibility triage, choosing the call, proposal structure, budget and work packages, and a final pass before you submit. For people doing this for the first time, who need the path and not one document.
What you get either way
- A straight answer on eligibility, checked against the call text rather than a generic checklist
- The structure evaluators expect for that specific programme, not a template
- A budget and work packages that survive the first read
- A pre-submission pass, because the cheapest fix is the one made before you send it
What this is not
It is not a retainer, and it is not paid by results. Nobody here will tell you a bid is strong when it is not — a specialist who says "this call is the wrong fit, wait for the next one" has done the job you paid for.
We are not affiliated with ESA or the European Commission, and we cannot influence an evaluation. What we can do is make sure the proposal you send is the one the call actually asked for. See who we are not.
Tell us about your project
A grant specialist reads this — not a form robot. You get a reply by email from info@vira.space with a fixed quote for the scope you describe.
Before you pay anyone
Most of what a first consultation covers, the software does for free — and it is worth checking your own project against a real call before spending anything.
- Every live call we track — browsable without an account
- Funding by country — national programmes alongside the EU ones
- How the EU space funding landscape fits together
- What grant consultancies charge, and where software replaces them
